On 28th January 2026, an impactful leadership development workshop titled “The Shift Manager to Leader” was conducted at Marino Beach Hotel, Colombo, led by Bradley Emerson and organized by Lanka Talents. The session focused on redefining leadership by encouraging participants to move beyond traditional management roles and embrace a people-centered leadership mindset.
